Troubleshoot:

1.      Did register for the class?
2.      Did you pay for you class?
3.      Did you activate your account?

If you answer No to any of the above the questions, then you will need to take all the above actions then contact the lecturer to put in your grade.

Bear in mind however that after the time has passed for grades to be entered, the lecturer is not obligated to enter your grade at your immediate request.

All participants who are planning to graduate in December 2010, and who had applied for, but missed the previous calendared graduations (August  2010 and December 2009), are being asked to submit their completed graduation application forms to the college on or before September 30, 2010.

If this is not done then the next possible date for graduation will be in August 2011 or December 2011.

NB. Once you have missed a graduation that you had applied for, you need to re-apply for the next calendered graduation (August or December).
